In the state of Hawaii the Insurance Division acknowledges the use of advisory and company policy and endorsement forms. Once HIB forms have been acknowledged by the Hawaii Insurance Division the forms are placed on the HIB website in Microsoft WORD.

As new editions of forms are acknowledged the old editions are archived and are also available on the HIB website.

The HIB website has a feature whereby users can look-up ineligible multistate forms.
