In order to become an affiliate of the Hawaii Insurance Bureau, you must first be licensed by the State of Hawaii Insurance Division to operate as an insurer. If you are licensed as indicated, you can enroll via the HIB Affiliation Wizard. This short, 5-step wizard, will help you navigate through the enrollment process, automatically generating the appropriate forms. You would then send the appropriate forms to HIB along with the initial affiliation fee of $1600.
